Andrew Probert’s iconic design for the Enterprise of “Star Trek: The Next Generation”
I made the base of this model replica as my final project in school. I graduated with top grades, but I kept working on the model it in between job assignments for the coming years.
Now it is at a point that, to my knowledge, this is the most detailed model of the ship “in existence”.
Please excuse the ugly renders. Reflections are a huge part of what make a render realistic and unfortunately I could not, for the life of me, find any space environments to load in.

Also Alias sucks at ambient occlusion and the calculations for a model this detailed would take like half a day so that hasn’t been done either.
Still, at this point in time, this can probably be regarded as my hobby magnum opus.

Hopefully I will get around to making nicer renders some time in the future.
